Software Craftsmanship: James Nugent

I'm a developer working at a pharmaceutical company near Bath. We adopted test driven development a few months ago, and whilst there are countless improvements still to make to our processes, the changes we've made have improved the quality of our output tremendously.

To me, software craftsmanship is about acquiring, developing and using the skills necessary to produce high-quality software, and improving the processes surrounding development to support this.
