I have been involved in software development for about 10 years, Im from Sweden but I live in Italy since 5 years.

For me software craftsmanship is to be proud of what you are doing, in quality as well as functionality, are open for new ideas on how software works and how it can be improved, on a low level as well as a high level. I also think that it is important to meet other to exchange ideas so that all can improve there techniques and knowledge.
