Hi,

I've been developing software for the last 7 years, man and boy in the Defence and, more recently, Investment Banking industries. Predominately Java/Swing/web-based work in and around London with stints in San Francisco and New York.

Software craftsmanship to me is caring about the software you create and caring about constantly improving your toolbox of skills for making that software.

That and I think 'Software Craftsmanship' sounds satisfyingly old skool.
