To me, software craftsmanship represents the application of high skill level, care, and professionalism in creating an artefact - a jewel - precisely tailored to satisfying both the expressed purpose but also having an inate quality that is more than the sum of its parts.

Craftsmen care for their tools, and are always looking to hone their technique. They don't shy from innovation.

From the conference I am looking to learn from others experiences in introducing agile 'processes' into organisations, as well as being able to contribute my own.
