I've been interested in agile since about 2001. I've worked for a number of companies - a few startups, some larger projects while I was at Thoughtworks, and for the past few years I've been contracting at investment banks.
What does software craftsmanship mean to me?
For me it's something about really caring about the poor people who are going to use the software. Trying to avoid writing software which gives that awful feeling of 'Using a computer'.
