I'm a software engineer in the Television Platforms department at the BBC in London.

I've been in IT since 1997 and I've been developing IPTV for the past 8 years using agile techniques for the past 4 years.

To me software craftsmanship is the application of techniques and technologies to deliver the best solution possible accompanied with the desire and effort to improve one's skillset and knowledge.
